Not that this comes as a surprise, as I'm 20 weeks along, but figured I better make it "blog-fficial."
The really exciting news?
It's a girl!!!
Now if you'll excuse me I've got to continue training Tanzen and Makett to walk up the stairs leading to our door by themselves. Any chance this will qualify me for a handicapped parking parking spot in front of my house? At this point it's transporting three little ones in and out of the house that seems the most daunting.

No way! I was thinking about you after you commented on my blog and wondering if you guys would be trying for more soon. I am so surprised you tried so soon. I just thought that those with twins would be so worn out that they wouldn't decide to take on another baby for many years! he he he. So this is crazy, you are about 8 weeks ahead of me, and I think Tanzen and Makett are about 8 weeks older than Geddy! All very close in age! Do you have a girl name yet? I am just curious because I know you guys like unique names and so do we! WE are hoping for a girl, beacuse we ONLY have girl names!

Great news! I bet 1 baby will seem so easy after having twins. I, on the other hand, am hoping for twins this time. I figure if I'm going to have single babies that weigh as much as twins combined, then I deserve to have 2 babies for the price of 1 pregnancy. I'll find out on Thursday. I'm jealous that you're way ahead of me.

Congradulations! We are happy for you. You will be busy - but maybe this will make you feel better... My sister has a 15 month old baby boy and just had twin girls about a month ago! Double surprise :) Anyways, girls are so fun and any baby is lucky to come to your home!

congratulations, Chaci. I think you might be due around the same time I am? I didn't pull out a calendar to figure it out - I just saw this post just now. I think you did it the right way - have 2 of the same gender at the same time. Then you can work on the next gender later. Then you never have a lonely child who is sibling-less, and they get the same gender playmate. I love having one of each, but their age gap and gender difference makes for some differences.
