Yardwork Vigilante?

Lesser known than Batman is the Front Yard Vigilante of East Falls. Just as strong and even better looking than Batman, the Front Yard Vigilante has a green thumb instead of a mask, and traded the Batmobile for a weedwacker. I was astonished to discover his identity this past weekend. My fabulous husband went out to quickly trim our front lawn...I went out to ask him a question and saw him madly cutting the foot long grass a few houses up. Apparently he had also pulled weeds and cut down a 6 foot tall something...maybe a weed, maybe a tree? I was slightly concerned about his trespassing and failing to ask if the neighbor's actually wanted his services, although he felt it was necessary to prevent the weeds from contaminating our yard and that he was simply raising property values for the whole neighborhood.

Cast your vote! Is our vigilante a super hero or super trespasser?

Either way, he definitely misses the HOA regs we once complained about!

Makett and Tanzen Swingin' it Up!

Brandon made our day by getting home early enough to go play on the swings! Makett and Tanzen LOVE swinging...especially with Daddy!

Yay for Myrtle Beach!

We had a FABULOUS trip to Myrtle Beach with our dear friends, the Daugherty's. Larry is Brandon's co-resident and we are lucky to be experiencing the Philly residency together!

Tanzen and Makett were stellar road-trippers and rocked the ten hour drive! There were a couple of rainy days, but it warmed up enough that, even I, got in the ocean. The best part was spending an entire week with Brandon...it was the most time Makett and Tanzen have spent with Brandon thus far in their lives.

Thanks for a great trip Daughertys!

Calvin found this huge crab. It freaks me out to look at the picture of the crab on Makett's lap! Look carefully...

Tanny's 2 bottom teeth broke through! He had a terrible patch of eczema on his face

Alligators!

We took a nature trail which felt similar to running through the swamp on Princess Bride. Luckily we escaped the beasts, although we weren't so fortunate with the huge biting bugs!

Loving our umbrella strollers!

Sleepy boys, sandy pack 'n play

The porch at our condo was screened in, which was great
Breakfast! Makett and Tanzen thoroughly enjoyed having Daddy there to help feed them breakfast!

Bath Time!

After trying a couple different baby baths I'm elated to announce that I've found the perfect "in-between" one! This blow-up tub is perfect as it lets the babies sit up, gives them padding on the sides, and saves water.

Makett and Tanzen are certainly fans!

Buddies!

We're so lucky to have each other!
It gets more fun each day as Makett and Tanzen interact more and more...
