Day 3-The hike continued on. . . Today we climbed up to 15,000 feet for acclimatization and then made our way back down to 12,500 feet to sleep. Our camp, Barranco, was breathtaking with cliffs on all sides and the backdrop of the mountain. The Senecio tree also dotted out path, this plant is unique to Kilimanjaro and can grow up to 10 meters.3.06.2010
