We had an awesome weekend in Ocean City with our friends, the Daugherty's.
Makett loved walking right up to the ocean, then running away before it could get his feet wet. Tanzen loved playing with shells and digging in the sand.
Ryme was only 3 weeks old, but she loved it too, I'm sure...not that she saw much from the infant carrier...
Makett hates putting his feet in the sand, so he loved having closed toe shoes...last summer he wouldn't touch the sand.

We rented a surrey and raced the boardwalk with Daugherty's...we won, and I'm sure it had everything to do with our strength, and nothing to do with them having a bigger, heavier surrey.
Tanzen and Makett were in heaven-- ice cream cones...
AND cookies? In one day?!

And a replica Thomas, to top it all off!
