Still catching up!

I'm determined to catch up on pictures this week!

Brandon's Mom, Kathy, flew back from Utah with us. His nephews Riley and Cameron (the other twin boys in the fam) flew to DC to stay with Brandon's brother, then came up to play with us for a few days. It was great! I didn't take many pictures, although Cameron and Riley sure did. They're fabulous boys and it was so fun to have them here!

Brandon serenading the boys...they loved the lyrics, something about Cameron and Riley and some girls?...

Riley, Tanzen, Makett, Cameron and Me

This was too cute to resist...they were smashed in our sun room (which doubles as a guestroom since the babies were born!) Riley started out sleeping on the couch, but rolled onto the air mattress. Cam, Riley and Grandma all looked so cozy in their deluxe accommodations!

Thanks for coming!

Strollin' in the Baby Bus...

We walked to the Post Office a couple of weeks ago...
Makett did this for three blocks...

Meanwhile, Tanzen...

Playing around!

Tanzen and Makett love playing with their toys! Here's Makett's narration of their play the other day.
" Hmm, that looks like a fun toy!"

"Is Mommy watching?"

"Just gotta pull a little harder..."
"Got it!"

"Delicious!"

*Disclaimer--Brandon dressed them and said they didn't want to wear pants--this has yet to be confirmed by Tanny and Ketty!*

Just a few pictures for now, more to come later!

Makett and Tanzen off to the races!

One of Brandon's sweet patients wanted to thank the Radiation Oncology department, so she invited us to the horse racing track where she works. They dedicated a

race to the department, and the horse the patient picked to win really won! After a great lunch we went to the winner's circle and had our picture taken with the jockey. It was a memorable day. Brandon is blessed to work with amazing patients!

Pretend it's March, K?

It's no secret that I'm pretty behind in posting all these adorable pictures...I'm not sure how you're all surviving without seeing every minuscule change Tanzen and Makett go through! To ensure that you don't miss too much of their growing up (and it's happening fast!) I thought I'd post these pictures, even if I'm a couple of months behind.

In case you missed the sarcasm, I make myself feel better about not scrapbooking by publishing my blog into a book, hence all the long picture posts! Yup, welcome to my baby blog book!

Here we go....
Our dear friend Kimberly gave the boys these jackets and boots...so cute! Thanks again Kimberly!
Tanzen was going through a tongue phase...

Mmmm, hands!

I took over 20 pictures trying to get one of both boys smiling. As I flipped through them after I had to laugh--Tanzen has his legs locked in almost every single picture, while Makett was kicking in every one. I love that that hasn't change since I was pregnant with them. I once called Brandon in tears worried that Tanz was paralyzed since I rarely felt him move.
Somewhat redundant, but you get the point now, right? :)

Cuddly boys...and one more of Tanzen's tongue phase

We're getting to be pretty enthralled by Khylo...he's in big trouble once we can crawl!

Working on our reading skills

Now we're up to date on March...coming next, April!

Some pics from our Utah trip!

We had a fabulous time in Utah, although we missed Brandon greatly! I forgot to bring my camera, so these pictures were obtained on various cameras. If you have any pictures from our trip, I'd love you to email me them (shout out to Fishers!) Hopefully next time we head home we'll be able to get together with all of our dear friends!
