Talking Tanny

Ketty is a much better sleeper than Tanny, consequently we miss him and frequently need to call him while he sleeps. Here's one such conversation...
"Hey Ket!"
"We need a plan. How will we keep mom busy today?"

"Hmm...yesterday we threw the bucket of water all over the floor, and we already pulled all the shoes out today and emptied the kitchen cupboard. How about squirting toothpaste?"
"Oh, I guess time out would probably be the consequence...but it might be worth it!"

"Tired? No, I only need a 45 minute nap! When will you get up so we can get back to business?"

Partners in, well, everything!

Makett and Tanzen make a good team...whether it's tearing apart the house, tormenting the dog, pulling all the books off the shelf, throwing food at each other, or just helping the other get dressed (or undressed) we're partners in just about everything!
We took the boys on a bike ride to Valley Forge...you can see how much Tanny enjoyed it.It ended up being a relaxing ride for Makett and Tanzen
Our first regatta

Tanzen and Makett at the zoo!

Philadelphia is home to lots of America's firsts...among them, the first zoo.
You can see why the stroller is necessary!

Ket's "you can't catch me" face
Not so cute on my camera, but the baby orangatan was the CUTEST!

Didn't know yogurt could be SO good!

I am not the biggest yogurt fan...I eat it frequently out of convenience, but don't really like it.

That being said, I LOVE this yogurt!!! I would eat it over ice cream any day! The only place I've found it is at Whole Foods, and if you don't have a Whole Foods near I recommend driving as long as it takes to find one :) Seriously, it's almost that good! The Mediterranee Plum & Walnut is really thick and creamy, with the most fabulous flavor. The Six Grains flavors have chewy little grains in them-- not tons, just the right amount. And it's pear!

Need I say more?
